The web makes - business without geographical boundaries - real. Products are available to purchasers from across the globe.

Our one regret is while the web is a quite the visual medium. It is impossible for us to offer the normal, pre-purchase experience of touching, viewing under different lighting conditions, sniffing experiences that a regular brick and mortar store can.

That said the HandCraft strives to visually represent its products as realistically as is possible.

HandCraft is most definitely wants you to be thrilled with any purchase made from us. To ensure you are a 100% satisfied with any product shipped by HandCraft, we carefully inspect individual shipments before dispatch.

Anyway, if you feel any product(s) purchased from us does not match expectations we have a: No questions asked - - 7 [Seven] Day Return Policy.

Within 7 [Seven] days of receiving a product, if for any reason, you wish to return the product(s), we will accept the return request and refund the FULL purchase amount with no additional charges to you.

After the expiry of the 7 days period, a purchase is final and returns will not be accepted.

Our gentle reminder is that our products at our online store are not made by automated advanced machines. Those are handmade. Even printing is done by traditional screen printing. This results in each product slightly different from another. An irregular design or print or stitch is not a defect. 

Having said that, HandCraft stands behind the quality of its products. HandCraft will refund or replace the product(s) you’ve purchased from us free of cost if you are dissatisfied in any way - as described above.

This is our hassle-free, return procedure.

We’ve taken pains to ensure that our product return policy and process is as friendly as possible, especially to make you comfortable when purchasing any product from our website. Returning a product is definitely not a big hassle.

In the unlikely event that any product(s) you have ordered from us is:
1. Not received in good condition
2. Is damaged or defective
3. What is delivered is different from what you expected or ordered
4. Or any other reason whatever

We will need a brief description of the reason for the return. Whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund, attach a digital photo of the items to be returned with your email.

All product(s) must be returned to our address in Mumbai, India only.

After the product(s) is received by us and their purchase verified then based on the conditions expressed in our return policy, we shall process a full refund (or exchange ) as early as possible from date of receipt of the returned products.

Please Note, all exchanges are subject to availability of stock. HandCraft reserves the right to either exchange or refund against returned product(s). The cost of shipping the goods back to our Mumbai, India address is to be paid by the customer only.

Refund of payment charged to a purchaser’s credit card will only be credited back to the purchaser’s credit card account, which was used to pay for the original order.

HandCraft cannot be responsible for delays in refunds being credited to the purchaser’s credit card account - this is managed by the purchaser’s credit card issuing authority.

No refunds will be given in the following cases: 1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address 2. Incorrect address format including the use of a P.O. Box address 3. Three failed delivery attempts by our courier company 4. Package refused by recipient
